# Robinhood Chain

The launch chain. Network settings, explorers, and what makes Robinhood Chain different.

Degen Games launches on **Robinhood Chain**, an Ethereum Layer 2 built on Arbitrum Orbit. Gas is paid in ETH, blocks are fast, and the chain has **tokenized stocks**, which you can raise in on Degen Games.

The official RPC can be unavailable in some regions. If your wallet can't connect, add the alternative RPC above.

## Getting set up

1. **Add the network.** The app asks your wallet to add and switch to Robinhood Chain automatically, or you can add it by hand with the settings above.
2. **Get ETH on Robinhood Chain.** You need it for gas, the 0.0005 ETH launch fee, and to buy ETH-raised coins.
3. **Optional: get USDG or tokenized stocks** if you want to buy, or launch, coins that raise in them.

## What you can raise in

On Robinhood Chain a coin can raise in:

* **ETH**, graduating at ≈ 4.2 ETH
* **USDG** (Global Dollar), graduating at 11,100 USDG
* **43 tokenized stocks and ETFs**, including AAPL, AMZN, COIN, GOOGL, META, MSFT, NVDA, PLTR, QQQ, SPY and TSLA

Full list and targets: [Raise Assets](/degen-games-docs/how-the-game-works/raise-assets.md).

## Contracts

The Degen Games contracts on Robinhood Chain, and the Uniswap v4 contracts they use, are listed on [Contracts](/degen-games-docs/developers/contracts.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://degen-games-2.gitbook.io/degen-games-docs/multi-chain/robinhood-chain.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
