# Why Degen Games

How Degen Games stacks up against the other launchpads on Robinhood Chain.

Most launchpads give you some of the pieces. Degen Games ships all of them in one cabinet: a bonding curve, automatic graduation, burned liquidity, ownerless coins, a wide choice of pairs, fees you can read on-chain, and a supported token that every trade helps buy back.

## What each row means at Degen Games

### Liquidity burned

When a coin graduates, its Uniswap liquidity position is sent to the burn address `0x…dEaD`. A lock can expire or be undone through an admin path. A burn can't. See [Burned Liquidity](/degen-games-docs/how-the-game-works/burned-liquidity.md).

### Coin ownership is burned at deploy

Every coin sets its owner to the burn address `0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD` in the deploy transaction. Nobody ever holds an owner key, so there's nothing to renounce later and no owner-only function anyone can call. See [Security Model](/degen-games-docs/safety/security-model.md).

### Live on more than one chain

One set of contracts runs on every chain — the fee, the split, the snipe window and the burn are identical on each, and you can read them side by side. Robinhood Chain and BNB Chain are live, with Ethereum and other EVM chains next. See [Supported Chains](/degen-games-docs/multi-chain/supported-chains.md).

### Friendly UI

The arcade is built to be played: launch in 30 seconds, see every trade land in the live feed, and chase the King of the Hill spot, High Scores and badges. See [The Arcade Floor](/degen-games-docs/the-arcade/arcade-floor.md).

### Bonding curve

Every coin opens on a bonding curve that holds its entire supply. You can buy from it and sell back to it at any time until it fills. You never have to wait for a counterparty. See [Bonding Curve](/degen-games-docs/how-the-game-works/bonding-curve.md).

### Graduation seeds

When the curve fills, everything it raised seeds the coin's Uniswap pool at the curve's final price. No creator decides how much liquidity to add. See [Graduation](/degen-games-docs/how-the-game-works/graduation.md).

### Wide choice of pairs

You don't have to raise in ETH. Raise in USDG, or in any of 43 tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain, including AAPL, NVDA, TSLA and SPY. See [Raise Assets](/degen-games-docs/how-the-game-works/raise-assets.md).

### Fee schedule readable on-chain

The 1% trading fee, its 0.3% / 0.7% split, the creator tax, the graduation target and the snipe window are all stored on-chain. Each coin keeps the terms it launched with. See [Fees](/degen-games-docs/how-the-game-works/fees.md).

### No buy cap

There's no per-wallet limit. The only launch-time protection is a 3-second snipe tax that stops bots from buying the curve before anyone else sees it. See [Snipe Protection](/degen-games-docs/how-the-game-works/snipe-protection.md).

### Fees buy back the platform token

The platform's 0.3% share of every trade, on every chain, is bridged automatically, used to buy the launchpad-supported token, and burned. See [Buyback & Burn](/degen-games-docs/usdmanyu/buyback-and-burn.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://degen-games-2.gitbook.io/degen-games-docs/overview/why-degen-games.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
